Have a bad experience with one of the Perodua outlet at Section 19, the purchase is handled by the Sales Advisor - Mr. Yip Chee Kit. However, the purchase process was a messed.
Below are the issues that would like to point out.
Confirmation of car purchase
Mr. Yip Chee Kit committed to offer choice of EON bank and RHB bank with 3.88% interest rate. I confirmed to go for EON bank with 3.88% interest rate which indicated in the sales & purchase agreement. However, I received interview call from RHB bank not EON bank as I wanted. No call received from Mr. Yip Chee Kit inform on this matter till I called him for clarifications. According to Mr. Yip Chee Kit, EON bank has rejected the car loan, reason being that car owner doesn’t have license (Please note that car owner has guarantor for this car loan application). Unfortunately, we have checked with EON bank, no submission was made for the car loan application. I need an explanation, why is Sales Advisor, Mr. Yip Chee Kit telling lie on this? Is this Perodua practice – dishonest to customer?
Purchase process
There are issues need to be pointed out during the purchase process.
1. I have selected the colour of Medallion Grey (Metallic). However, Mr. Yip Chee Kit mentioned that the selected colour was not available at that time as it has bubbles on paint. Is there such issue from Perodua? Unfortunately, other branches have car available. I need explanation on this?
2. After the car delivered and car loan documentation arrived, at the interest rate section stated 3.99%. We were not happy with that because we was told by the Sales Advisor is 3.88%, what is the reason for me to pay more? Even it is a small amount but it is not reasonable and I feel like con by the Sales Advisor and force me to pay for it without inform. No matter how, he should inform us about the difference of interest rate.
3. The Perodua head of customer service not so friendly, we felt that she don't really have intend to solve our problem, keep on delay and delay, no reply and push the fault to my mom and yell at my sis.
Finally we went through a lot of hassle to get back the balance. Although the problems are solve but I will not return to this outlet and will not recommend anyone to this outlet and the Sales Advisor mentioned above.
